Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) standards for bags and garments production.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Conduct fabric and material testing to ensure durability, colorfastness, and adherence to specifications.
- Monitor stitching, finishing, packaging, and overall craftsmanship of garments and bags.
- Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies and coordinate with the production team to address quality issues.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation to track non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Conduct inline and final inspections before shipment to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Train production staff on quality standards, defect identification, and best practices for maintaining quality control.
- Work closely with the design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure product consistency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new testing methods, and regulatory requirements for quality compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in B.F.Tech.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC for bags,Freshers can also apply.
- Experience with AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards and international quality compliance.
- Proficiency in quality control tools, inspection techniques, and defect analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively

Pay: ₹10,000.40 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
