Job Title: QA Automation & Manual Tester (SaaS & AI Product)

Experience Required: 1-2 Years Location: Lucknow Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze product requirements and create comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across web and API layers.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Codeception.
- Identify, log, and track bugs/defects in a structured and clear manner.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UI/UX teams to understand product features.
- Validate AI-powered product features and ensure data accuracy, usability, and performance.
- Participate in release cycles, sprint planning, and provide quality-related feedback.
- Continuously contribute to improving QA processes, strategies, and automation frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in QA Testing (both manual & automation).
- Solid understanding of SaaS product workflows and testing.
- Experience in testing AI-based products or data-driven platforms is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Codeception automation framework.
- Strong knowledge of Web Application Testing, API Testing, and Data Validation.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Github Projects, Jira etc.
- Good knowledge of API requests/responses.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Good to Have:

- Experience with any additional automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and integration of automated tests.
- Experience with performance & load testing tools.
