QA Tester

We are looking for a **QA Tester** to join our dynamic quality assurance team. The QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by identifying defects, performing manual and automated testing, and ensuring the product meets the highest standards before release. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure that all features meet user requirements and expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Automated Testing**: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or other relevant frameworks.
- Perform **regression testing** to ensure that new code changes don’t negatively affect existing functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, and business) to understand requirements and deliver high-quality releases.
- Write and maintain **test plans, test cases**, and other relevant documentation.
- Identify, report, and track bugs using project management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Participate in **code reviews** to ensure quality standards are adhered to from the beginning of development.
- Perform **performance testing** to ensure scalability and reliability of the product.
- Review and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Assist in creating and maintaining continuous integration and deployment pipelines for testing purposes.
- Work closely with developers to isolate, reproduce, and resolve issues quickly.
- **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**: Help coordinate and assist with UAT by business stakeholders.
- Suggest improvements to processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall quality assurance practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality guidelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **QA Tester**, **Quality Assurance Analyst**, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of **software QA methodologies**, tools, and processes.
- Experience with **manual testing** and **test case design**.
- Hands-on experience with **automated testing** tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JUnit).
- Familiarity with **bug tracking** tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail).
- Strong understanding of the **Software Development Life Cycle** (SDLC) and **Agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban).
- Solid knowledge of **web technologies** (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Understanding of API testing and tools like **Postman** or **SoapUI**.
- Experience with **version control** systems like Git.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **performance testing** and tools such as **JMeter** or **LoadRunner**.
- Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines** and automation tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, etc.
- Knowledge of **Security Testing** (e.g., OWASP).
- Experience with **mobile testing** on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Knowledge of **continuous integration**/continuous delivery practices.
- Familiarity with **database testing** (SQL queries).
- ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification or similar.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
