_**Qualification Required**:_ B. Sc/B. Tech in Food Technology.
- **Experience Required**:_3+ years work experience in Food industry only.**Responsibilities**:_
- Preparation of quality manuals, quality policy, procedures, documents etc. to ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
- Handling pre-audit preparation and conducting quality audit.
- Preparation of RCA for Non-conformance and CAPA
- Verify closure of non-conformity with Certification Bodies
- Management review meetings on the regular basis as defined in the Quality Manual.
- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well being of staff and visitors
- Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks
- Handle Customer Complaints, and ensure Non-conformance findings & resolution within a week.
- Conduct internal training as per ISO norms & as per training calendar.
- Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products
- Documentation review, and SOP preparations for equipment and procedures
- **Other Skill Sets**:_
- Must have ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 certified.
- Must have hands on exposure as QA, on line process verification, 9001 and 22000 audit's requirements, shop floor management etc.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent Verbal, Listening & Written Communication Skills (English and Hindi).
