**Job Description
- Retail F&D**
- Responsible for product establishment, Development of new products
- Achieve sales target
- Achieve sales target in the assigned territory
- Forecasting and planning of demand at the start of each month
- Identify new retailers /markets for conversion
- Convert the identified retailer’s /Market opportunities
- Follow the permanent journey cycle as per the sale force
- Implement secondary promotion schemes rolls over from time to time
- Market development activity like kiosk activity at the retailer’s place
- Market intelligence-gather information from the market on competition activity & market mapping
- Management of receivables
- Ensure collection as per the credit policy
- Reporting -monthly visit
- Manage various sales reports through customer interface management
- Track secondary sales date through salesforce
- Appoint new dealer & develop the business in all Skus
