Job Title: Sales Representative – FMCG Food Products

Location: Erode / Coimbatore

Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in the sales of FMCG food products. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG sector, with a focus on driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with customers, and expanding our market presence. If you're passionate about the food industry and have a proven track record in sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and increase revenue in designated territories.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Promote and sell a range of FMCG food products, ensuring product placement and visibility.
  • Regularly visit customers to ensure satisfaction, provide product training, and drive engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to continuously optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to launch new products and execute promotions.
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports on performance.
  • Participate in trade shows, product launches, and other sales events to maximize exposure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
