**Company Description**:
ALFA is a Phygital Fintech platform by Qi Venture Capital Partners Pvt Ltd.

Qi Ventures has been an Angel investment platform since 2021. The platform had onboarded 1000+ HNIs and raised more than ₹350 crores across deals.

As an expansion plan ALFA platform has been launched which is working majorly towards High-yield Structured Debt & Angel Equity. In the long run, we aspire to become a one-stop shop for all the investment needs of an investor.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Documentation Collection: Collect and review all required documentation from clients, including income verification, tax returns, bank statements, and other financial documents. Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards and is complete and accurate.
- Coordination with Lenders : Collaborate with lenders to facilitate the loan approval process. Provide lenders with necessary documentation and information in a timely manner. Communicate with lenders to address any questions or concerns that may arise during the underwriting process.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the loan processing team as needed. This may include filing paperwork, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, lenders, and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with loan processing software is a plus.
- Customer Service: A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.

Pay: ₹12,972.81 - ₹25,000.00 per month
