**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle leads from Sales Team, Directors, and walk-ins
- Create quotations & manage pricing.
- Coordinate with store, suppliers, and dispatch
- Support customers until installation is complete
- Follow up on payments & maintain daily records.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of experience in Sales/Operations/Customer Service
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM tools.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with technical product information
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
