Key Aspects:

- **Demonstrable experience** in drafting, negotiating and vetting commercial (investment, debt, or other corporate) agreements and excellent legal research skills and analytical ability in resolving legal issues.
- Experience in general corporate law, compliance and corporate secretarial aspects, corporate advisory, equity and debt transactions, IP, general litigation is required.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders and deliver with a result-oriented and proactive approach.
- Demonstrated ability to: (i) provide time-sensitive support on legal and regulatory issues in connection with the business operations of Fashinza; (ii) take ownership of matters and work without oversight, meet tight deadlines, prioritize and plan, coordinate and execute on assignments.
- A Company Secretary (ICSI) will be advantageous in the selection process.
- Willing to join immediately.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
