**Responsibilities**

**Analyst / Executive - MDM Material Master/Vendor/Customer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Extension of new material codes in various depots with HSN Code, Shipping point, planned price, standard cost for various materials in depots/plant across India.
- Experience in Master data Management and ERP tools SAP or SAP HANA, ARIBA, IVALUA
- Practical experience with a Helpdesk software such as ServiceNow is preferred.
- Highlight lesson learned on frequent issues, Support regular Master Data Health Check & Audit Trail validation.
- Leading Master data management processes related to the creation, maintenance, and quality of all master and reference data
- Owning the data requirements for the implementation and turnovers to external teams
- Create/Update supplier records using the Vendor Management tool.
- Work as per the tasks and role assigned; has to understand business exigency and support business by working for extended hours.
- Ensuring consistent Data & Data structure within SAP of Vendor Master / Pricing master
- Preparation of various MDM MIS and DASHBOARD on daily/weekly basis.
- Adhere to the timeline as per defined SLA for respective activities.

**2. Position : Analyst / Executive - MDM Customer Management**

Good knowledge and work experience on SAP for customer onboarding and to comply 100% to the check list.
- Good Knowledge of Assessing, recommending, and understanding of credit limits, DOA (Delegation of Authority) and documentation
- Capable to Manage & update the master data (customers) in SAP system.
- New customer onboarding for various UPL group divisions by ensuring valid verification of customer documents i.e. Dealer booklet, KYC-PAN, Aadhaar, GST verification with GST portal, pesticide license, cheques, bank statement and other validations as per checklist.
- Existing customer data modifications for required fields.
- Work as per the tasks and role assigned; has to understand business exigency and support business by working for extended hours.
- Preparation of various MDM MIS and DASHBOARD on daily/weekly basis.
- Adhere to the timeline as per defined SLA for respective activities.

**3. Position : Analyst / Executive - MDM Material Master**

**Responsibilities**
- Extension of new material codes in various depots with HSN Code, Shipping point, planned price, standard cost for various materials in depots/plant across India.
- Handling Master data maintenance for Material Master Data.
- Handling SAP MDO Tool used to create new Code VERP, ROH, HAWA
- codes for more Data quality
- Worked on Service now ticketing tool and MDO Tools and Workflow Testing for Materia Creation, extension and Change
- Material Master Change activity, Material Availability check in system, Material Stock Checking and stock transfer
- Material Transferred by MIGO.
- Training to end user about Material Activities like creation, change, Extension
- Providing production data to create maters data, BOM, Routing, and WorkCentre through BDC Report.
- Work as per the tasks and role assigned; has to understand business exigency and support business by working for extended hours.
- Preparation of various MDM MIS and DASHBOARD on daily/weekly basis.
- Adhere to the timeline as per defined SLA for respective activities.
