**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and other interface components.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve designs.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and follow best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Experience with responsive design and understanding of mobile-first principles.
- Good understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with motion graphics or animation tools.
- Familiarity with usability testing and A/B testing tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
