**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create intuitive and visually appealing UI designs for websites, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms using Figma.
- Translate product requirements and wireframes into elegant interface designs and user journeys.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff and proper implementation of your designs.
- Develop and maintain consistent design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Conduct UX research, user interviews, and usability testing when needed.
- Provide clickable prototypes and mockups for stakeholder presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Figma** is a must (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approach.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a bonus.
- Experience working with development teams and understanding frontend basics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior work with IT or SaaS product teams is an advantage.

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Familiarity with tools like **Adobe XD, Sketch, or Webflow**.
- Experience in **user testing**, **A/B testing**, or **accessibility design**.
- Basic knowledge of **HTML/CSS** for design feasibility.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
