**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- UI/UX Design & User Research.
- Conduct **user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing** to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate business goals into **intuitive user interfaces**.
- Design **responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces** that enhance usability and engagement.
- Maintain **design consistency, accessibility standards, and branding guidelines** across platforms.

**Prototyping & Interaction Design**:

- Develop **interactive prototypes** to demonstrate user flows and animations.
- Use tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision** for designing and prototyping.
- Implement **design thinking principles** to optimize user journeys.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless **design-to-code** implementation.

**Usability Testing & Optimization**:

- Conduct **A/B testing and gather user feedback** to refine designs.
- Optimize **navigation, layout, and functionality** for improved user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest **UI & UX Designer, tools, and best practices**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in UI & UX Designer.
- Strong proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools**.
- Solid understanding of **UX research, wireframing, and prototyping**.
- Experience in **responsive and mobile-first design**.
- Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics** is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work **independently** and manage multiple projects.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **design systems and component libraries**.
- Familiarity with **accessibility guidelines (WCAG)**.
- Knowledge of **conversion optimization and user psychology**.
- Basic understanding of **graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kadamkuan, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
