**Role**:Back Office Executive
**Duration - **Full time

Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Entering data into the computer and filling work
- Help with product listing and upload web images
- Carry out fundamental administrative tasks related to the back end of the company
- Enhance overall customer experience by coordinating and following up with internal and external customers, tracking customer order history, and resolving concerns
- Collaborate and assist the sales and front office team
- Support with inventory management
- Work towards marinating positive relationship with all our esteemed customers or collaborators

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or 6 months of experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, human relations, and interpersonal skills
- Working familiarity with CRM platforms
- An awareness of everything commercial in the current day
- Understanding of Microsoft Office programs and computer operating systems.
- Ability to strategies and work under high
- pressure environments with multi-tasking skills
- Proactive with Productive, making sure all the tasks are completed on time
- Willing to learn, actively solicits feedback and constructive criticism from others

**CTC - **1.20 to 1.80 Lakhs Per annum

**Location**:Kharghar, Navi Mumbai (Onsite)

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
