**Customer service**: Assisting customers with complaints, and ensuring that customers are informed about their vehicle's features, warranty, and maintenance schedule
- **Sales support**: Working with the sales team to generate leads and ensure that post-sale customer contacts are made
- **Delivery**: Ensuring that new and used vehicles are properly prepared for delivery
- **Service appointments**: Scheduling and confirming service appointments for new customers
- **Customer satisfaction**: Preparing monthly reports on customer satisfaction, and discussing these reports with the general manager and department managers
- **Public relations**: Representing the dealership at public relations events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,791.72 - ₹25,782.45 per month
