**IT Support Executive - Manufacturing Unit**

**SANIMO** is a leading yarn dyeing company located in KIM, Gujarat is seeking a dedicated and hands-on IT Support Executive to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure within our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining our computer systems, network connectivity, surveillance camera systems, and landline phone systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level technical support to end-users within the manufacturing unit.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and manufacturing-specific equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Local Area Network (LAN) and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) connectivity, ensuring mínimal downtime in production.
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, and access points.
- Manage and maintain the company's on-site surveillance camera systems, ensuring continuous monitoring and recording. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, configuring cameras, and managing storage.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot the company's landline phone system, including VoIP and/or traditional PBX systems.
- Provide support for shop floor data collection systems and other manufacturing-related IT equipment.
- Document all support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment, including computers, network devices, cameras, and phones.
- Collaborate with external vendors for specialized IT support or equipment maintenance.
- Ensure IT security protocols are followed within the manufacturing unit.
- Assist in IT projects related to the manufacturing environment, such as new equipment setup or network upgrades.
- Train manufacturing staff on basic IT procedures and the use of relevant systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in an IT support role, preferably within a têxtile manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software (Windows OS), and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues, including LAN and WLAN.
- Hands-on experience with network devices (switches, routers, access points).
- Experience in managing and maintaining surveillance camera systems, including DVR/NVRs.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting landline phone systems (VoIP and/or PBX).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with industrial networking protocols
- Familiarity with computer hardware and operating systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
