Job Description:
1. Establishing effective communication with employees and maintaining a harmonious relationship between management and workers.
2. Highlighting employee grievances to the management, acting as a liaison officer.
3. Providing necessary counseling and guidance to needed Employees.
4. Suggestion measures to raise the Welfare amenities for the well-being of the workforce.
5. Monitoring Welfare facilities like Canteen, OHS, Crèche, restrooms, Toilets, drinking water, transportation, and sharing monthly, and weekly reports to the management.
6. Providing induction and orientation to new employees and refresher training to all employees.
7. Formulating, interpreting, and implementing policy for employee Welfare and benefits.
8. Arranging periodical awareness programs for all employees.
9. Educating employees on Organization requirements.
10. Involving in CSR activities in line with CSR guidelines.
11. Conducting exit interviews.
12. Employee engagement activities.
13. Formulating and conducting committee periodically.
14. Creating awareness on POSH and enquiry process.
15. Coordinating with the nodal officer for COVID-19, taking precautionary measures.e are looking for a welfare officer

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
