Production Incharge

**Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production workflow.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, coach, and motivate the production team to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that copper pipes meet or exceed industry standards.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

**Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to implement changes that improve overall production performance.

**Resource Management**:

- Optimize the use of manpower, machinery, and materials to meet production targets within budgetary constraints.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure an uninterrupted production flow.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce and promote safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and any incidents.
- Provide regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and quality metrics.
