Qualification: Technician, Diploma Mechanical/Chemical, BE Mechanical / Chemical
Experience: 3-5 years min
**Project Planning & Coordination**:
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly Execution plans in line with project timelines and client requirements.
- Coordinate with design and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
- **Process Management**:
- Monitor execution processes to ensure they meet established quality standards and engineering specifications.
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- **Team Supervision & Training**:
- Lead, train, and supervise teams, including technicians, machine operators, and junior engineers.
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshooting technical issues.
- **Resource Management**:
- Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, tools, and labor to meet production targets.
- Manage production budgets, minimizing production costs while maintaining high-quality output.
- **Compliance & Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental laws.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits and training.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Prepare and present production reports, KPIs, and status updates to senior management.
- Maintain detailed documentation for production processes, inventory, and quality inspections.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
