
Accounts Admin Executive

The Accounts cum Admini Exucutive is responsible for managing the restaurant’s financial records, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. Proficiency in Zoho Books is essential for this role, as you will be using it to manage the restaurant's finances, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting. The role also includes supporting the restaurant’s operations through various administrative functions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Zoho Books.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
- Record daily sales transactions and reconcile them with bank statements.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage the restaurant’s cash flow, including petty cash and banking transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- **Zoho Books Management**:
- Set up and manage Zoho Books for the restaurant, including creating and maintaining accounts, customer and vendor records, and inventory management.
- Generate financial reports and analysis as required by management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Zoho Books operations.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Manage inventory levels, track orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the restaurant’s management team to support operational needs.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring availability as needed.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including GST filing and other statutory obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and ensure the restaurant’s financial practices comply with them.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support the restaurant’s financial planning.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the restaurant’s management team to provide financial and administrative support.
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of special events, promotions, and marketing activities from a financial and administrative perspective.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books is required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
