**About the Role**:
We are looking for **Customer Care Executives** to join our **healthcare company**. Your main job will be to **talk to customers on calls**, **help them with their questions**, and **update their details** in the system. This is an office job and a good opportunity for freshers to start their career in the healthcare field.

**No of Requirement : 4 People**

We are looking for 4 people:

- **CRM _Telugu** **Language**- 1 position
- **CRM_ Bengali Language** - 1 position
- **CRM_ Kannada Language** - 1 position
- **CRM_ Hindi & English** - 1 position

**What You Will Do**:

- Talk to customers politely in their language and help them with their queries.
- Give correct information about healthcare products or services.
- Update customer details and call notes in the computer.
- Follow up with customers when needed.
- Work with the team to solve customer issues.
- Keep a positive and helpful attitude in all calls.

**Who Can Apply**:

- **Education**: Graduate in B.Pharm or pharmacy-related experience mandatory
- **Experience**: Fresher or up to 6 months experience.
- Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Should be polite, patient, and willing to learn.
- Ready to work **6 days a week** (day shift).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
