**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality control and timely execution of civil works.
- Coordinate with architects, and school management to ensure alignment of project goals.
- Vendor management : Oversee procurement and usage of materials, ensuring cost-efficiency and proper documentation. Vendor management.
- Resolve any issues related to construction work, including design changes, material availability, and labor management.
- Ensure all civil works are carried out in line with environmental, health, and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in civil construction or site management.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, building regulations, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans and blueprints.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working on institutional or school building projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
