The job profile is mentioned below:
**Role**:PURCHASE ASSISTANT**

**Job Location**: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

**Salary**: 15-20K (per month)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Education**: Any Graduate

**Experience**: 2+ yrs

**Languages Known**:English must, Local language, Hindi

**Background**: Should have Purchase experience or work in Purchase management

**Responsibilities**:
1. Research potential vendors
2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
3. Negotiate contract terms and pricing
4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
5. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
6. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
7. Prepare reports on purchases.

**Requirements**:
1. knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
2. Knowledge of purchasing software.
3. Understanding of supply chain procedures.
4. Negotiation skills
5. Any Graduate With Purchase Back Ground
6. At least 1 Year of Work experience in a Purchasing or similar role
