**Relationship Officer - Delta Chase**

**Location**: Thrissur, Kerala
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on Targets) + Incentives

Delta Chase is looking for a motivated **Relationship Officer** to join our team. This role involves **customer coordination, document collection, and follow-ups** to ensure smooth loan and insurance processing. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Coordination**: Act as a bridge between clients and financial institutions, ensuring seamless communication.
- **Sales & Target Achievement**: Work towards monthly targets for loan and insurance services.
- **Customer Support**: Address client queries and provide solutions based on financial needs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: Any **Bachelor’s Degree**.
- Experience in **financial services, sales, or customer handling** is a plus.
- Strong **communication and negotiation skills**.
- Ability to work independently and achieve **target-based incentives**.
- Basic knowledge of **loans, insurance, and banking processes**.
