**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive product listings on global e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and other specialized sites for handicrafts.
- Optimize listings with clear images, captivating descriptions, accurate product details, and strategic keywords to boost visibility and drive sales.
- Update listings regularly with new products, stock changes, and revised pricing information.
- Perform in-depth keyword research to identify the most relevant and high-performing keywords, ensuring better search rankings and visibility.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels for all listed products.
- Track inventory to manage product restocking or discontinuation when necessary.
- Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to suggest new products and refine pricing strategies.
- Stay informed of changes in platform policies, fees, and international export regulations for handicrafts.
- Plan and execute promotions, such as seasonal discounts, offers, and product bundles, in alignment with the marketing team.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including sponsored products and PPC (pay-per-click), to improve product visibility and increase sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues regarding deliveries and returns, and manage customer satisfaction on global platforms.
- Address customer feedback and manage product reviews and ratings to improve brand reputation.
- Analyze sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and platform metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, product performance, and marketing efforts for informed decision-making.
- Manage e-commerce platform accounts, ensuring profiles are regularly updated, aligned with platform policies, and reflect the brand identity effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
