**Beautiful Homes UPVC Associate**

**Job Purpose**

**Looking UPVC door & window salesperson. Should be experience in Doors and Windows manufacturing**

**company.**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Servicing the needs of the customers i.e., obtaining orders, establishing new customers,**

**architects, developers and organizing daily work schedule to follow up and retaining existing or**

**new clients.**
**- Keep up to date knowledge of the products.**
**- Manage information by submitting daily activity reports and, such as daily call reports, weekly**

**work plans, and monthly.**

**1. Meeting with Dealers, Architect, Builders on regular basis.**

**2. Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements.**

**3. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, competitor's strengths, and**

**weaknesses.**

**4. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on**

**market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.**

**5. Taking correct site measurements**

**6. Alignment with customers & brand team for proper execution**

**Salary Structure**

**Metro**

**CTC 4,00,440 per annum**

**Gross Salary 32,120per month**

**Net Salary 28,520 per month**

**Non-metro**

**CTC 3,83,724 per annum**

**Gross Salary 30,727 per month**

**About the Role**:
Asian Paints is seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Virudunagar, Tamil Nadu. This role requires a go-getter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Asian Paints products to contractors, builders, and retailers, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market visits to engage with contractors, retailers, and other stakeholders
- Promote Asian Paints products and provide information on product features, benefits, and usage
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Identify potential leads and explore new sales opportunities
- Gather and report market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma (12th pass)
- **Experience**: Prior experience in field sales or similar role is preferred
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and close deals, and self-motivation to meet targets

Pay: Up to ₹26,370.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
