**Tele Calling Associate**

Job Summary
Camance and Pixens Pvt Ltd is a full-service Digital Marketing Agency operating from India.

Work Type - Full Time
Timing - 9 To 5 (Monday - Saturday)
Mode: Work From Home

**Responsibilities**
- Updating Customer Data in a Digital Format
- Cold Calling
- Obtaining Customer Information
- Asking Questions to Customers and listing the same accordingly
- Resolving Issues and queries related to Product and Services
- Maintaining Database of the customers on a regular basis
- Making a record of the sales calls and sales leads
- Answering phones and helping the customers with online registrations
- Completing the stipulated number of customer registrations through cold calling
- Daily reporting of the day-to-day activities EOD

**Requirements**:

- 10+2 and Above
- Proficiency in Malayalam & Tamil (Speaking)
- Need to have a Laptop/Desktop and stable Internet connection
- Telephone will be provided
- Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Sales

Department. Freshers also can apply
- Strong Organization Skills
- Hard-Working Individual
- Great Interpersonal Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
