**Position: Entry-Level Business Associate**

**Role and Responsibilities**:As an Entry-Level Business Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping various aspects of our business operations. Your responsibilities will encompass:
**Marketing**: Collaborate with external partners to develop and execute marketing strategies that amplify brand visibility. Contribute ideas for online campaigns and assist in analyzing their effectiveness

**Recruitment Services**: Play a key role in the initial stages of recruitment by managing job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Your input will help shape our growing team.

**Telecalling**: Engage in telecalling initiatives to initiate contact with potential clients, fostering relationships, and addressing inquiries. This will help you build strong communication skills.

**Learning and Development**: Embrace opportunities to learn about various business functions and gain hands-on experience. Display a proactive attitude towards training and skill enhancement.

**Remote Collaboration**: Excel in a remote work environment by effectively using digital tools to communicate with team members and contribute to projects.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a determination to thrive in a fast-paced business setting.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivation and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a remote team.
- Basic understanding of marketing and branding principles.

- Graduates or individuals with equivalent educational backgrounds are preferred.

**Compensation**:

- Monthly stipend: 5000 INR
- Performance-based commission structure for generating business leads or achieving specific targets.
