**Export Executive**

**Department**: Export / International Sales / Logistics
**Reports to**: Export Manager / Head of International Sales

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the export process from order to delivery.
- Prepare and verify all necessary export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange shipments.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and INCOTERMS.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer communications and respond to queries related to shipments and export procedures.
- Assist in negotiating freight rates and optimizing shipping costs.
- Maintain and update records related to exports, including documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure a smooth export process.
- Handle export-related inspections and certifications when required.
- **Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in export operations, international logistics, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of export documentation, shipping terms, and global trade regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc. preferred).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines efficiently.
- **Preferred**:

- Experience in [insert specific industry, e.g., têxtiles, automotive, FMCG].
- Working knowledge of customs procedures and government export portals.
- Fluency in English; additional foreign languages are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
