**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, reporters, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage for the company.
- **Press Releases & Media Kits**: Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials.
- **Content Creation**: Develop content for company newsletters, blogs, social media platforms, and other communications channels.
- **Strategic PR Planning**: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic PR campaigns that align with business goals.
- **Crisis Communication**: Assist in managing public relations during a crisis, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and timely.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize press events, media briefings, and conferences to promote company initiatives and product launches.
- **Reputation Management**: Monitor media coverage, track public perception, and help build a positive image for the company.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as a liaison between the company and its stakeholders, including customers, investors, and employees.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track and measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns, provide reports, and analyze media coverage for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in PR, communications, or a similar role.
- **Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong media relations and networking abilities.
- Ability to create compelling content and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and PR tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
- **Personal Traits**: Proactive, confident, and self-motivated.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to handle sensitive situations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in [industry type, e.g., technology, healthcare, entertainment].
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and analytics.
- Experience in crisis management and communications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
