Experience: - : 2yrs+ working experience in Back office operations with Mutual Fund Distributor

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of mutual fund operations, investment products, and financial markets is essential.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, investors, and external partners.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Facilitating the timely and accurate processing of buy and sell orders for mutual fund shares.
- Conducting daily, monthly, and yearly reconciliation of fund transactions, positions, and cash balances. This involves comparing records from different sources to identify and resolve any discrepancies
- Handling the settlement process for mutual fund trades, ensuring that funds are transferred correctly and efficiently between different parties, such as custodians and transfer agents.
- Monitoring the fund's compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
- Providing support and assistance to investors in handling their mutual fund accounts
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all mutual fund transactions, communications, and other relevant information
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports for the mutual fund, including statements, summaries, and disclosures for investors and regulatory bodies
- Assisting in the calculation and reporting of the fund's performance metrics, such as returns, yields, and risk measures

**Salary**: ₹260,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
