**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Plan and Execute Events: Organize and manage weekly internal and external events, including webinars, seminars, and employee engagement activities.
- Webinar Management: Coordinate and execute virtual webinars for product launches, customer engagement, or thought leadership, ensuring a smooth participant experience.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors (e.g., venues, caterers, equipment suppliers) to secure services and ensure quality standards are met.
- Budgeting: Develop, manage, and track event budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- On-site Event Coordination: Event setup, registration, AV support, and problem-solving to ensure events run smoothly.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure event goals are met.
- Post-Event Reporting: Collect and analyze feedback to assess event success, generate reports, and implement improvements for future events.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all events are in compliance with company policies and manage any potential risks.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 2-3 years of event coordination experience, preferably in a corporate or IT environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms and event management software.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
