We are looking for detail-oriented and skilled **Client Coordinator** to join our team in **Site Office, Chennai.**

**Purpose**:
To ensure that all client coordination responsibilities are completed accurately and deliver with high quality and promptly to improve customer satisfaction which results in continuous business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cordial relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing timely support on the process as required
- Preparation and submission of various reports as required by Management team

- Fix appointments / Follow-up with Clients on requirements and make sure to delivery at most satisfaction of the Client.
- Timely coordination with delivery team and Client for closure of order
- Prepare and submit completion report to management as well as to Client
- Coordinate with internal / Head Office teams to update into Client’s system on the delivery.
- Track project progress and milestones and share the report to management until closure of project
- Identify and escalate client concerns to the appropriate department or individual.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-up and feedback gathering

**Required Qualifications**:

- B.Com or Bachelor’s degree
- 2- 3 years of experience as Coordinator between Client and internal team.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to analyse the project and share the timely recommendation
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
