**Developing and Implementing QMS**: Design, develop, and implement a robust quality management system tailored to the specific needs of the sheet metal industry, ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 9001 and industry-specific requirements.
- **Quality Assurance (QA)**: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that sheet metal fabrication processes adhere to established standards and specifications. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate documentation of quality procedures, specifications, and inspection records. Prepare reports on quality performance metrics, defect rates, and corrective action status for management review.
- **Training and Education**: Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality standards, inspection techniques, and quality control procedures. Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality principles into all stages of the sheet metal manufacturing process.
