**OPERATOR**

**Department**:Production

**Overview**:Responsible for daily batches to meet production goals

**Scope of Work**:

- Coordinating with inbound logistics department for acquisition of raw materials
- Adhering to safety & sustainability requirements for operating the batches
- Following SOPs and documenting all shop floor activities
- Executing daily planned production batches in reactors/open vessels/drums
- Observing and documenting all batch details
- Managing helpers on shop floor for the support work
- Coordinating with quality assurance department for batch results
- Packaging, basic labeling & cleaning of finished goods/repackaged goods/trading goods before handing over to outbound logistics department
- Cleaning & inspection of all reactors, open vessels & drums - CLIT (Initial Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection & Tightening) Framework
- Calibrating equipments/instruments required on shop floor
- Coordinating with maintenance department in breakdown events
- Recording & reporting daily shift data & information
- Troubleshooting & suggestive actions, in coordination with shift in-charge

**Experience**:0-3 years (depending on requirement)

**Industry**:Preferred - Textile Chemicals, Water Treatment Chemicals, Performance Chemicals (Silicones for non-têxtile), Hygiene/Cleaning Chemicals, Pulp & Paper Chemicals

**Qualifications**:B.Sc or Diploma (Chemistry) / B.Tech or Diploma (Chemical Engineering) / ITI (AOCP) / other similar qualifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
