**Quality Assurance/IPQA Trainee(Fresher) - Chemical Manufacturing Industry**

**1. Job Purpose**

**To ensure consistent in-process quality compliance across all manufacturing operations, adhering to cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards. The role involves real-time monitoring of manufacturing processes, documentation review, and ensuring that quality systems are implemented effectively.**

**2. Key Responsibilities**

**For IPQA Trainee**:

- **Assist in monitoring in-process activities in production areas (reaction, distillation, filtration, drying, etc.).**
- **Verify critical process parameters and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).**
- **Support sampling and testing coordination during production.**
- **Check and ensure proper line clearance before and after each batch/shift change.**
- **Assist in documentation review batch manufacturing records (BMRs), batch packaging records (BPRs), and logbooks.**
- **Learn and comply with cGMP, GLP, and company quality standards.**
- **Support deviation and incident documentation under supervision.**
- **Participate in internal audits, calibration checks, and validation activities.**

**3. Qualifications & Experience**

**Position Qualification Experience**

**Trainee** **B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry)**

**0-1 year (Fresher preferred)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
