**Solution Architect**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILTIES**:

- Responsible for the overall technical design of the ITOM product and mapping business requirements to systems/technical requirements
- Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented in coordination with the respective stakeholders
- Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team
- Align and coordinate with Technical Governance Board (SAB) to ensure Application design fits to platform architecture
- Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints for the respective Product/Application
- Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform
- Develop and present business case material for Stakeholders. Create and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations
- Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- University degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline
- Working experience in creating strategic product roadmaps from conception to launch
- Expert technical knowledge of ServiceNow, especially in topics related to ITOM
- In-depth knowledge in relevant areas, e.g., IT service management, IT service integration, vendor management or IT delivery management, ITIL certified
- Strong architecture experience on Service management tool (eg service now), analytical tools and technical experience of agile project management skills
- Multiple years of experience in working with internal and external stakeholders and/or managing external providers
- Deliver responsibilities with rational, expertise, accuracy, persistence, resilience, and creativity seeking to work both independently and collaboratively communication
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
