**Job description - Solutions Architect**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals and market needs.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, testers and business professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Hand on Development on some of the high impact modules and extensions of the product
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve the product and address emerging needs.
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology, with at least 5 years in Tech Lead / Solutions Architect roles.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing product life cycles.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of driving teams towards a common vision.

**Criteria**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Computer Science, Engineering,** or a related field.
- **Minimum Experience - 8 to 10 years**

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
