**Job Summary**
Receiving Incoming calls/ whats-app messages from the customers (Minimum of 50 calls / messages expected in a day).
Resolution to customer issues by coordinating with relevant department.
Assist the department by replying to mails in the mail panel.
Assist the department by replying Outlook mails.
Assist the Team by vaulting tasks from CRM Panel when needed.
Resolving customer issues originating from Mail Panel and Outlook by coordinating with relevant department.
Assists the department by answering Online and Offline calls from the customer and resoluting their issues in the time of requirement.
Filling up of Daily Report on a daily basis.
Need to download and process order on daily basis.
Need to co-ordinate with existing vendors to execute the delivery flawlessly.
Need to negotiate the rates/ prices for items with vendors as per company norms or policies.
Need to build a healthy relationship with existing vendors/ customers so that all orders at the day end get delivered successfully without any complain.
**Responsibilities and Duties**

Need to co-ordinate with other respective department for smooth operation as per business requirement.
On rush/ crisis period need to have responsibilities to maintain additional workload without any hamper.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Should have Good communication skill in English.
Minimum Qualification
- Graduate.
Freshers Welcome.
