**ABOUT SNAPMINT-**Snapmint is on a mission of democratizing no/low-cost installment purchases for the next 200 Mn Indians. Of the 300 million credit-eligible consumers in India, less than 30 million actively use credit cards. Snapmint is reinventing credit for the next 200M consumers by providing them the freedom to buy what they want and pay for them in installments without a credit card. In a short period of time, Snapmint has reached over a million consumers in 2200 cities and has powered over 200 crores worth of purchases.

Customer Service Executive is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Snapmint customers.
**Responsibilities**
- This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems.
- Associates communicate wcustomersers’ primarily through mail/call/chat and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.
- Good comprehension skills and ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
- Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Flexible with the working schedule, may be expected to work weekends, holidays, and events.
- They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
- Graduation and above.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Age should be a maximum of 28.
**Address-** Near Tonk Road, Dev Nagar (Maximum travel distance should be 8-10 km)
Work from the office and 6 days working (roster off).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
