Job Summary:
The Commis II - Continental in the kitchen responsible for assisting senior chefs in the preparation and presentation of continental dishes, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. This role requires culinary skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, sauces, dressings, and garnishes for continental dishes, ensuring that the dishes are prepared according to standard recipes.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and quality of dishes.
- Prepare vegetables, meats, seafood, and other ingredients for cooking, ensuring proper storage and handling to maintain food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workstations, ensuring that tools, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in continental cuisine, cooking techniques, and presentation styles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
