Job Overview: As a Cybersecurity Trainer at Alkemy Edtech, you will be

responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive cybersecurity training

programs to individuals and organizations. You will have the opportunity to work

with learners at various skill levels, from beginners to experienced professionals,

and equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to protect against cyber

threats. This role offers a unique chance to share your expertise and contribute to

the overall security of organizations and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to

create and update cybersecurity courses and training materials, staying current with

the latest threats and security technologies.

Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive cybersecurity training

sessions, workshops, and seminars in-person and online.

Hands-On Exercises: Provide practical, hands-on experience through labs,

simulations, and real-world cybersecurity scenarios.

Individualized Learning: Offer personalized guidance and support to learners,

Assessment and Feedback: Assess learners' progress through exams, quizzes, and

practical assessments, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Stay Informed: Continuously update your own knowledge of cybersecurity

threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices to ensure the training content remains

current.

Mentorship: Mentor learners in career development within the cybersecurity field,

including advice on certifications and job placement.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote training

programs and attract new learners.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Information

Security, Computer Science).

Proven expertise in cybersecurity concepts, practices, and tools.

Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, or CompTIA

Security+.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.

A commitment to ethical and responsible cybersecurity practices.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Teaching: 3 years (preferred)
