The IT Governance Expert role will report to the Head of IT Audit & Compliance Management, and is part of the company's Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES) Organization.

**Your Role**:

- **Evaluate IT Audit Readiness**: Conduct effectiveness checks to assess the inspection and audit readiness of the IT organization.
- **Audit Management**: Manage incoming audits, review audit plans and scopes to prevent redundancy, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- **Guidance and Representation**: Provide expert guidance on IT compliance and audit processes. Represent the IT department during internal audits, coordinating all activities related to inspection readiness.
- **Regulatory Support**: Facilitate timely provision of regulatory inspection evidence to surveillance authorities and regulatory bodies.
- **Metrics and Reporting**: Generate security and quality metrics based on audit observations, internal assessments, and business satisfaction. Escalate critical risks to management as necessary.
- **Supplier Evaluation**: Assess the adequacy of suppliers concerning information security, quality, data privacy, and data retention policies.
- **Collaboration with Internal Auditing**: Liaise with the Internal Auditing team for audit planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Who You Are**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience that provides a solid understanding of relevant theories, principles, and concepts.
- **Professional Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of extensive professional experience in audit management (not necessarily as an auditor) or a solid IT background with involvement in auditing processes.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Proven ability to interact effectively with senior management within a matrix organization.
- Excellent influencing skills and the capability to collaborate with diverse cultures.
- Able to work independently and self-driven.

- **Language Proficiency**: Business-fluent English skills are essential.
