**About us**:
We are a management consultancy firm with focus on the infrastructure domain across areas of maritime, real estate, transport, tourism, energy, healthcare, education, smart cities, and social infrastructure. The team acquires its own projects and is currently advising state government(s) as well as private clients.

We are looking for a **Real Estate Expert**with minimum **10 years**of experience in real estate modelling / real estate development /as an International Property Consultant.

Base Location - Bangalore, Karnataka Responsibility
- Offer assistance in the effective management, protection, and oversight of client-owned land and

properties.
- Oversee research on project trends, market trends, and regulatory frameworks to develop strategies that align with project objectives and industry Identify and evaluate opportunities for project expan
- sion and strategic collaborations to enhance project outcomes and overall success.
- Direct data analysis efforts, formulate strategies, and review financial models to assess project feasibility and optimize budgeting.
- Supervise on-ground project execution, including site visits, resolving critical issues, and ensuring smooth
- Establish high-level coordination with government departments to secure project approvals and ensure reg
- ulatory compliance
- MBA / Plan / M. Arch with B. Tech (Civil) / B. Plan /B. Arch or equivalent from recognized Institutes (NITs /IITs / IIMs / Government Professional Colleges/ recognized international universities)
- Prior work experience as a **Property Consultant (International Property Consultant preferred) with real
- estate modelling.**:

- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills and strong sales, negotiation & communication skills**.**:

- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tally /real estate software and tools, including MLS platforms and CRM systems
- Proficiency in English (Compulsory).
