Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Bengaluru South. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties. Key responsibilities include fostering and maintaining client relationships, conducting real estate market research, and supporting real estate development projects. The role also encompasses sales activities and guiding clients through the property acquisition process.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property laws and practices
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience in Real Estate Development and project coordination
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the Bengaluru South real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate technology tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
