Job Description:

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  1. Enterprise Data Governance Leadership:

  2. Define and implement governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence across the organization.

  3. Tool Expertise & Implementation:

  4. Hands-on experience with Informatica, Collibra, Alation, CDGC, and familiarity with Axon and Azure Purview for governance workflows and integrations.

  5. Data Lineage & Metadata Strategy:

  6. Build and maintain end-to-end data lineage and metadata repositories to enable transparency, traceability, and impact analysis for critical business processes.

  7. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Enablement:

  8. Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology teams, driving governance adoption, resolving data ownership issues, and facilitating governance councils.

  9. Experience & Leadership:

  10. Minimum 10+ years in Data Governance and related technologies with proven leadership, strong communication, and change management skills.
