- In this role, you will be working as a Quality Auditor, conducting the QA assessments bases on approved CTQ list. Should have good knowledge in Life Insurance and Annuities domain. Should be good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge in MS office will be an added advantage from client reporting standpoint. Should be instrumental in driving governance around reporting for internal and external stakeholders._
- Responsibilities_
- _Conduct all QA assessments based on approved CTQs_
- _Participate in weekly QA Meetings/Check Ins facilitated by Quality Assurance Manager_
- _Partner with Quality Assurance Manager and CI Quality Analyst's with collecting data_
- _Identify trends based on behaviors and not just scores based on CTQs supporting published documentation_
- _Maintain all CTQs based on published documentation_
- _Maintain all reports based on changing requirements reflected in the documentation provided_
- _Provide insights for business improvement with respect to quality hygiene_
- _Provides support for any process-level issue/risk mitigation_
- _Share RCAs, plan of action with required coverage on escalations with Genpact and client stake holders_
- _Accountable for bottom quartile management (BQM) on quality scores_
- _Monitors, coaches and gives feedback to processors_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Graduate in any stream_
- Prior experience of working as a Quality Auditor in back office as well as contact centre is desirable_
- Preferred Skillset_
- _Knowledge with Insurance/ Reinsurance domain awareness_
- _Good Communication Skills_
- _Good working knowledge of MS Office_
- _Life Insurance & Annuities market knowledge (i.e., New Business, Claims, Policy Admin) will be preferable._
- _Knowledge on quality framework_
- _Research and analytical skills_
