We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate Quality Auditor ,Life Insurance
In this role, you will be working as a Quality Auditor, conducting the QA assessments bases on approved CTQ list. Should have good knowledge in Life Insurance and Annuities domain. Should be good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge in MS office will be an added advantage from client reporting standpoint. Should be instrumental in driving governance around reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
.Conduct all QA assessments based on approved CTQs
.Participate in weekly QA Meetings/Check Ins facilitated by Quality Assurance Manager
.Partner with Quality Assurance Manager and CI Quality Analyst%27s with collecting data
.Identify trends based on behaviors and not just scores based on CTQs supporting published documentation
.Maintain all CTQs based on published documentation
.Maintain all reports based on changing requirements reflected in the documentation provided
.Provide insights for business improvement with respect to quality hygiene
.Provides support for any process-level issue/risk mitigation
.Share RCAs, plan of action with required coverage on escalations with Genpact and client stake holders
.Help disseminate regular quality updates in the form of emails and huddles on the floor
.Accountable for bottom quartile management (BQM) on quality scores
.Monitors, coaches and gives feedback to processors
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
.Graduate in any stream
Prior experience of working as a Quality Auditor in back office as well as contact centre is desirable
Preferred Skillset
.Knowledge with Insurance/ Reinsurance domain awareness
.Good Communication Skills
.Good working knowledge of MS Office
.Life Insurance & Annuities market knowledge (i.e., New Business, Claims, Policy Admin) will be preferable.
.Knowledge on quality framework
.Research and analytical skills
