**Job Role : Telecaller, Executive**

**Location : Pune**

**Responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented female Tele Caller to join our dynamic team at Blue Ocktopus. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting and selling our products & services and maintaining good relationships with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion of leads to sales.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services, as well as the sports industry in general.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills related to the job.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in sports management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in a telemarketing or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems.
- Should be able to converse in Hindi & Marathi
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales support: 2 years (required)

- Hindi (required)
- Marathi (required)
