**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Planning**: Develop architectural designs and plans that align with client requirements, project goals, and local building regulations.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the entire design process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of all project elements.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction work adheres to design specifications and standards.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- **Sustainability**: Incorporate sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices into design solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
